Hello,
My WKS inverters (identical to Voltronic) connected in parallel for the past 5 years seem to be malfunctioning. Finding a repair technician is unlikely as the supplier is no longer in business.
I'm asking members for advice on purchasing a 10 kW single-phase hybrid inverter, compatible with Pylontech batteries and, of course, with Smartphoton.

For a replacement 10 kW hybrid inverter, I'd first check the battery communication requirements and whether the inverter supports the Pylontech protocol you're using. Since the existing system has been running for several years, it may also be worth reviewing the solar panel configuration and any shading issues before replacing everything. If some panels are affected by nearby obstacles, an Anti-Shading Bifacial Solar Panel could be an option to consider when upgrading the PV side, depending on the installation and available rear-side light.
