Sorry, although we do not have the original files of the battery operation log, we agree with EVOLUSOLAR ENERGY's opinion about this case.
unfortunately, we must inform you that we cannot offer you service under warranty. Our charging voltage should be 52.5-53.5V , but our investigation revealed that there have been 57/ 86/ 70 instances of overvoltage recorded in the battery's usage history.
Such excessive overvoltage occurrences indicate improper use, which is not covered under our warranty terms and conditions. Maintaining the proper voltage levels is crucial for the safe and efficient operation of the battery, and repeated overvoltage can cause significant damage and degradation.
We understand that this may be disappointing news, but we must adhere to our warranty policies to ensure fairness and consistency for all our customers. We encourage you to review the user manual and guidelines to prevent any further issues and ensure the longevity of your battery.
If you have any questions or need further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best regards,
